A Successful School Year Starts with the Right Supplies

Each year some familes struggle to provide basic school supplies to their children. The Community Health and Youth Foundation has partnered with the North Penn School District, the North Penn School District Eduducational Foundation and the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County to support the Build-A-Bag program.

This program provides backpacks and school supplies for students in need. With our support, filled backpacks will be descretely delivered to deserving students by school staff at the beginning of the school year and throughout the year when necessary. Providing new backbacks and supplies to students can give each pupil the confidence and tools essencial for a successful school year. 


North Wales, Pennsylvania - July 27, 2018 - Each year some familes struggle to provide basic school supplies to their children. Donations of backpacks and school supplies are needed for elementary and secondary students. Community memebers can purchase new, gender-nuetral supplies and drop them off to participaing local business through Friday, August 10, 2018.
